Toni Ann chose to become an Occupational Therapist because at a young age when she saw the positive impact that engaging in daily routines can have on individuals. She has yearned to become a pediatric occupational therapist for as long as she can remember and feels so grateful to pursue this amazing career! Toni Ann believes utilizing her therapeutic use of self with her professional, creative, and playful personality really allows her to create a trusting and positive relationship with clients to best help them reach their full potential. She is dedicated to assisting children develop skills by providing the tools and support they may need to improve their functional independence and overall quality of life. Her passion lies in pediatric care, and she greatly appreciates the role that play as an occupation has on child development and success. She strongly values family dynamics and working collaboratively to provide the best care and treatment approach to each child. Toni Ann has experience working with children in both home and clinical settings with diagnoses ranging from Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Sensory Processing Disorders, ADHD, ADD and congenital anomalies.
When she’s not at work, you can find her soaking up the south Florida sun! She loves being outdoors, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies.
