Melissa graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She chose to become a speech-language pathologist assistant and work with children because of the progress that her cousin made after receiving speech-language therapy. Along with that, she’s always had a passion for helping others. She has experience working with the pediatric population in a private and school setting. Most of her experience involves working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, and going in the pool.
