Speech Language Pathology Assistant
Lauren chose to become a Speech-Language Pathologist-Assistant because of her love for teaching and working with kids. Being able to improve children’s speech and seeing their responses when they accomplish their goals is rewarding for both her and the child. Not one child is the same and everyone brings something different to the table. Lauren has extensive experience working with neurotypical children as well as children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Aphasia, and articulation disroders.
When she’s not at work, Lauren is usually at the gym, hanging out with friends, taking dance classes, or playing her ukulele. When she has time, you can find her traveling to either another city, state, or even country. Being able to experience other cultures and scenery first hand is something that she is very passionate about.
