Staisha is a graduate of Keiser University’s PTA program. She has experience working with Neurological conditions as well as Orthopedic and Sports injury patients. For the past 7 years, she has spent most her time working in the field of specialized Pediatric Therapy and Intensive Neurological rehabilitation. Staisha has an extensive movement background which includes Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and Gyrotonics. She was a professional ballet dancer from the age of fifteen and danced with San Francisco Ballet, Cincinnati Ballet and Oregon Ballet Theatre. Staisha’s passion for movement and body awareness was the inspiration for her transition from a professional career in ballet to the field of physical therapy. Her main objective is to help others gain a better understanding of their own bodies and the benefits of movement through the work that she does. In addition to being a certified instructor of Ashtanga and Neurogenic yoga, she is a certified Polestar practitioner of Pilates for rehabilitation and a member of the Pilates Method Alliance.
