Andrea's life's goal is to help people communicate and give a voice to those who don't have one. She specializes in Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) therapy and enjoys working with individuals who are non-verbal or have severe communication deficits, such as Cerebral Palsy and Rett Syndrome. Andrea completed her undergraduate and Master's degrees at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Her clinical rotations included the UF Speech & Hearing Clinic, Palm Garden Nursing Home, and the Speech & Hearing Clinic at Shands Hospital. Andrea’s work experience includes evaluating and treating clients in skilled nursing facilities, acute care and long term care as well as students in the public and private schools. When she’s not at her dream job she can be found at home taking care of her three boys- one toddler and twin infants!
