Kathleen chose to become an Physical Therapy Assistant because she wanted to be able to help people. She loves working in the field of paediatric disability, she loves the challenge of keeping the kids focused on therapy, by making it fun. Kathleen likes working hands-on with patients, and experimenting with what works best with this patient vs that patient, every day is different and exciting. Kathleen has extensive experience working with children with a wide range of conditions, including: Autism Spectrum Disorder, cerebral palsy, down syndrome and torticollis.
When she is not at work, Kathleen is spending time with her kids. She loves to make arts and crafts, go boating, go to the beach, playground or park, or just relax in a hammock by the pool.
