Caysi chose to become an Occupational Therapy Assistant after receiving her B.S. in Family and Child Sciences at Florida State University. She realized that she wanted to further her education in order to help change the lives of the families within her community. She loves working with the pediatric population, specifically the children with wonderful, spirited, unique abilities that always teach her something new and amazing. She is passionate about creating a strong, open, and collaborative connection with each child and their families. Caysi has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, and Sensory Processing Disorder.

When she is not at work, Caysi is usually spending time with her family, friends, and adopted dog, Marley. She loves to travel and is constantly searching for new places to add to her bucket list of future adventures.
